1. Browsing the Website

Whether browsing in-app or web, we have provided you with a diverse array of products curated from multiple sellers and powerful search tools to find products, brands and sellers across the platform. You can browse seller’s inventory seamlessly, and follow them to receive notifications about their new drops. See a product you like? You can click on it to view and buy, or favourite it so you can add it to your wishlist. 

Choose Any Product of Your Choice:

On Hypetag, clicking on any product of your choice will take you to the product page where you can view more information about the product and see other high-quality images of the products from various angles. You should conduct thorough research on the product's features, specifications, and customer reviews. As a note, compare prices from different sellers to ensure you're getting the best deal.

2. Add To Cart

Select the size and quantity you want in the “Select Option” and “Quantity” drop down, respectively. Proceed to “Add to Cart”. Please note that  prices are determined by sellers and vary with sizes. 

3. Click on Checkout Button

Once the product has been added to your cart, you can decide to “Continue Shopping” (i.e. continue browsing for more items) or proceed to “Checkout”. 

4. Select Product 

To finally checkout, you need to select the items you would love to buy from your shopping cart. You can do this by clicking on the highlighted icon in the below. This allows you to review your order once again, adjust quantities or remove items you’re no longer interested in.

5. Proceed to Checkout

Afterwards, you can proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase.

6. Enter Checkout Information

You’ll be required to input your email address to sign up for an account and add shipping information for your order if you don’t have an account. 

If you already have a Hypetag account you’ll have to select shipping information for checkout. 

7. Enter Shipping Information

You will be required to add new shipping information, if you don’t have one yet. Simply click on the “Add a new info”.

Afterwards, you should fill in the required information to add shipping information to your order. Enter Name, Email Address, Phone number and Address to create shipping info. This information will be used in delivering your item.  Please note that you can also set up and manage your shipping information in your account settings. 

8. Payment

After selecting or completing your shipping information, you should:
1. Select currency you want to checkout with.

2. Proceed to Payment 

3. Select the available payment method and proceed to payment.

4. Complete payment on the redirected link.

9. View and Track Order

You will be directed to your orders page once payment is completed. Alternatively you can navigate to “My Orders” from the Homepage menu.  

10. Track Shipment 

Click on “Open Orders” to see your order that is awaiting delivery. You can track the delivery status of the order and download receipts when you view them.
