Return and Refund Policy
At Hypetag, we want you to enjoy the ultimate satisfaction on everything you buy from our platform, but if you're not satisfied, we make it simple to request a return of qualified items within 7 days of the delivery date. Note for the cost of the return, a fee per return shipment might be charged. Once the return has been completed, you will get an email.
Non Returnable Items
- Products sold without a box.
- Products that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise completely altered.
- Products with broken verification tags.
- Products with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping) or products missing original packaging.
- Personalised or customised items.
The following items are not returnable:
Depending on how quickly your bank or payment method processes refunds, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account after the refund receipt.
Attention: Only the amount you paid, excluding any discounts or promotions, will be reflected in your refund. The cost of shipping won't be reimbursed. If there were any charges on your order, you'll need to request a tax refund according to the tax laws of the country where you received the order.
Damaged Products
If you notice damage to the product(s) you ordered from us while it is being delivered:
Immediately notify us of any damage
You can request a return from your order page stating the reason and submitting necessary claims to enable us to help you better. Make sure the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packing as when it was received. Provided the damaged product is returned within 7 days of your receiving the item, we will arrange for its repair and/or replacement (s).
Although it is extremely rare for an item to be damaged in transit, we have no control over how shipping companies manage your delivery. But do not worry! We are here to look after you. Send us an email if your item was damaged or defective upon arrival so that we can assist you with an exchange request (email). For us to help you the most, please send us pictures of the broken item or goods you received together with the packaging your order was sent in.
Return Shipping Cost
It is our policy that customers pay all shipping charges and any costs associated with returning a product if they are eligible for a refund on the item(s).
